"They’ve been solid for me"
I’ve had a good experience with them so far. Nothing weird, no issues that made me second-guess anything, and over time I just kind of started trusting them. They’ve been legit for me, plain and simple.

"Cool-looking ships, but frustrating to actually use"
The ships do look awesome in screenshots, but actually flying them is sorta a pain. The cockpit visibility can be really bad, the buttons feel way too tiny, and some of the layouts seem like they weren’t tested much in real gameplay. A few ships feel like they were designed more to look cool than to make sense. For the price they’re asking, it just feels frustrating and kinda unfinished.

"Much smoother now"
It feels a lot better to play now. The frame rate is noticeably smoother, so whatever changed definitely helped

"Got It Fixed in the End"
I had to wait a few days to hear back, which wasn’t ideal, but they did end up fixing the issue. Overall, it was fine, not amazing, but they handled it

"Works most of the time, but it's inconsistent"
The launcher works fine when it actually opens, but it does crash sometimes out of nowhere. Then I’ll try again and it just works like nothing happened, which that part was weird. Not a huge deal, but definitely a little frustrating.

"Solid updates, and fair overall"
I’ve been happy with the roadmap updates so far. They’re clear enough to see where things are headed, and I appreciate that the team seems to be balancing new features with fixes rather than just chasing flashy changes. Not everything will matter to every user, of course, but overall it feels like a fair and thoughtful direction.

I’m still having fun with it, even with the occasional glitches here and there. I get that issues happen, but what’s been a bit annoying is how unclear the communication can be when something goes wrong or changes. A simple heads-up or clearer explanation would go a long way

The ships actually look really great, and I still find myself checking in from time to time. The prices are just a bit much for me, honestly. I do wish the smaller ships felt a little more affordable.

"I really like the idea behind…"
I really like the idea behind the game, and there’s a lot here that could be great. But the community side feels kind of rough. Feedback seems to get buried a lot, or it’s answered with posts that don’t really say much. The forums can get messy too, and moderation feels a little inconsistent at times. For a project this big, I guess I expected more actual back-and-forth with players, kind of like... I don’t know, just something more organized and responsive.

Once I got into it, I realized there’s a ton to do, ships, missions, trading, and all that. Compared to other space games I’ve played, this one feels a lot deeper and more open-ended, but it’s definitely not as smooth or easy to jump into. It can be buggy, and the learning curve is real. Still, I ended up putting in a lot of fun hours, so I’d say it was worth sticking with.

The new content is really nice, and I think a lot of customers will appreciate it once it’s available. It just feels like it takes forever sometimes, which can be a little frustrating when people are waiting for something fresh

"Payment Got Stuck and Seriously Stressed Me Out"
I tried buying a ship pack and after I entered my card info, the payment page just kept Spinning forever. No clear error, no confirmation, nothing to tell me if it actually went through or not. I checked my bank and there was a pending charge, but nothing showed up on my RSI account. Support took a while to respond too, which made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. For something that should be simple, this was a mess. Not Trying again.

"Feels Too Expensive for What You Actually Get"
I’m fine with supporting a game early, and I knew going in that things would take time, but the pledge prices have gotten hard to justify. Some of the ships cost more than full-priced games, and compared to other games or early access projects, it just doesn’t feel like the value is there yet. The site itself works fine, but buying something feels less like getting a finished product and more like paying for the possibility that it might be worth it later. After spending what I did, I regret it...

"Graphics aren’t what they promised"
The graphics look really blurry and outdated now. I was expecting a noticeable improvement because they made it sound like things would look much better, but that promise definitely didn’t hold up. It feels like a step backward instead of an upgrade.

"Fun idea, but the servers are rough"
I really like the concept of the game, and when it works, it can be a good time. But the servers are just too unreliable right now. I’ve had random disconnects, laggy matches, and really long waits way more often than I’d expect. It’s hard to fully enjoy it when you’re never sure if the session is actually going to run smoothly.

Yeah, development is slow, not gonna lie. But I do see updates coming through, and some of them are actually really good. I just wish things moved a bit faster, you know? Still, it’s fun to follow and hop in to play now and then. It just needs a little more pace.

"Installing it was way more frustrating than I expected"
I tried installing it from robertsspaceindustries, it was kind of a headache. The launcher was downloading really slowly, and then it got stuck a couple of times with no obvious explanation. I ended up restarting it and digging through forum posts just to figure out what was happening, which is not exactly how I planned to spend my evening. I think I even made coffee at one point and got distracted cleaning my desk while waiting, so at least my workspace looks better now. It did eventually install, but the whole process felt messy and not very beginner friendly. I expected it to be a lot smoother
